Program Coordinator
Kate Griffin is a program coordinator at WISER, where she works with
faculty partners to manage projects, capture funding, and develop WVU's
sustainability and energy programs throughout the region.
Griffin is an experienced research development professional who has worked in academic research and industry business development for more than 10 years. Most recently, she was assistant director at the WVU Cancer Institute, where she managed grants and developed large research and program proposals to grow WVUCI’s public services, research portfolio, and national profile. Griffin worked in business development at an full-service engineering firm for six years before transitioning to research administration at WVU in 2019.
