The ITS Service Desk hours are 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon-8 p.m. on weekends. The Service Desk is closed on most University holidays. Tickets and emails submitted during off-hours will be addressed in the order received on the next business day.

and/or changes. Reasons for review submissions m
ay include a substantial change in duties/responsibility, market adjustment,
or critical retention. Questions regarding reviews can be directed to
your HR Partner.

If the review is a market adjustment (salary only) the first and fourth pages of the review form are the only ones that need to be completed. All reviews need to be submitted with the employee’s upda ted resume.

Workers’ Compensation:
If an on-the-job injury occurs,
employees should immediately notify the supervisor of their injury and
complete the
WVU Employee Injury/Incident Report

Instructions for Voluntary Separation:
It is best practice to provide an e-mail response to the employee accepting
their resignation in writing once notice is received. If you only receive
verbal notice, please contact your HR Partner for further information.
