WISER works with non-profits and government agencies through collaborations on a variety of research, education and economic development programs. Typically participation is through the coordination of research in response to federal and state funding opportunities. WISER may work as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor on externally funded research. The Institute may also conduct specific research on behalf of an sponsor.
